Can these aftermarket performance products void my vehicles factory warranty?

The answer is very simple. No. According to the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, it is illegal for a dealership to void your warranty based solely on the fact that you have installed an aftermarket product.

It has been our experience that each dealership reacts differently to this situation. Some are very understanding, and others may try to void your warranty. To avoid conflict, we recommend that you remove any aftermarket tuning before going to a dealer for service.

For more information regarding denial of warranty coverage, go to the SEMA website.
