Parts for 2007 - 2012 6.7L Dodge Cummins
In
2007, Cummins bumped the displacement from 5.9L up to a healthy 6.7L engine.
The 6.7L ISB engine cranks out 350 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque, and has potential
for much more. The power is put to a Mercedes G56 6-spd manual transmission,
or a Chrysler 6-spd 68RFE automatic transmission. Thanks to changes in the common
rail fuel system, the engine runs noticeably quieter too. 2007 also marked the
year that Dodge introduced the diesel particulate filter (DPF). An Exhaust Gas
Recirculation system (EGR) and a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) are also
used to assist with meeting strict emissions regulations. Unfortunately, sacrifices
to fuel economy are made in the process of meeting emissions. But you can rest
assured that we have the knowledge and experience to help you recover your mpg's
and also gain some serious horsepower from your 6.7L engine. Intake kits and
performance exhaust systems will help keep your EGT's low while providing some
extra power and fuel economy. A variety of performance tuners are available
that can help push your power well over the 450 hp mark. Factory and performance
turbos are available to help meet the demands of your modified engine. A FASS
system will protect your investment and also help increase your power and economy.
