The PhatShaft 64 is the perfect mid range replacement turbo for towing. The PhatShaft 64 is available with a 12cm or 14cm turbine housing. We normally recommend the 14cm exhaust housing due to its ability to keep your EGT's (Exhaust Gas Temperatures) lower. However, the 12m housing will spool up much quicker. The original PhatShaft 64 features a 64mm compressor with extended tip technology. The wategate is set at 45psi. All PhatShaft turbochargers are equipped with dual grooved bearings and a adjustable boost elbow. The original PhatShaft compliments moderate fueling upgrades and can support 300 - 550hp.

Turbo comes with all install components. However, a Boost Fooler part # 1453240 is needed if truck is a 2004.5 or newer.

The HX40 downpipe and clamp are required for installation on trucks with the automatic transmissions.
