Eliminate sticky EGR valves, replacements of the troublesome and expensive EGR cooler and carbonized turbocharger vanes on the 2003 - 2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel by installing an EGR Cooler Delete Kit. The EGR valve is prone to sticking which could create over pressurization of the coolant system and possibly blowing head gaskets due to the EGR cooler leaking into the cylinder. Deleting the EGR cooler also reduces engine water temperature and EGT’s, improve fuel mileage and engine reliability, plus, increases horsepower.
